History
Ingram Bar Group began in 2011 with the opening of our first concept, The Angry Elephant. From there, we kept the good times rolling — The Roo Pub in 2012, The Deuce in 2013, and Shin-Dig in 2021. In 2023, we welcomed The Big Blind to the family, and we’re far from slowing down. This year and next, we’re bringing even more unique spots to life: The Skinny Pig, Bubbles & Bourbon, The Gopher Shack, and Driftwood — all in San Antonio — plus The Salty Dolphin in Rockport. With every new bar, our goal stays the same: create places where great drinks, good food, and unforgettable nights come standard.
